(Same as FIN 469) Study of financial problems facing corporations, their causes and solutions. Emphasis given to the impact of these financial problems on how the market values securities. Topics include liquidity and leverage analysis, analysis of profitability, and other financial analysis tools. Not available for students with credit for FIN 469. Prerequisite: BA 530 or BA 531. Restricted to enrollment in MBA program or consent of department.
