The course consists of selected basic concepts in general science for practicing teachers. Within a given semester a broad area is selected within either the biological sciences or the physical/earth sciences. Other topics may be added as deemed necessary. This course may not be used for graduate credit by College of Science majors. Prerequisite: currently teaching in an elementary school.
