This practicum is designed to provide the student with exposure to hands-on technical problem solving in a variety of settings. Students learn through practical experience to identify common technical problems experienced by end users; assess the scope and severity of user issues; and to develop, communicate, and implement strategies for successful problem resolution. May be repeated to a maximum of six semester hours. Duplicate registration not allowed.
