Primate (and other vertebrate) conservation involves a variety of methods: field (e.g., population and habitat assessment), computer (e.g. population genetic models), and increasingly the web (e.g. interactive GIS and databases). Course takes problem-solving approach to learning some of these methods. Recommended preparation: ANBI 132/BIEB 176. Prerequisites: ANTH 42 or equivalent; upper-division standing.
