**Effective Fall 2010** Prerequisite: CE 373 or CE 382. Analysis and design of concrete structures using the ACI Building Code Requirements. Analysis will include: statically determinate and indeterminate structures, shear and moment diagrams, functions of various building components, bracing systems, and use of building codes. Reinforced concrete design will include: compression members, flexural members, foundations, slabs on grade, elevated slabs, and retaining walls.
