Topics include: vector operations, applied loads forces, moments of a force, couples, resultants, free body diagrams, equilibrium, friction, centroids, centers of gravity and moments of inertia. Applications of these topics involve: beams, frames, trusses, cables, pulleys, sheaves, and machines.
