Effective Fall, 2010: BIOL 150 or BIOL 120 or BIOL 113 and BIOL 283 or MATH 203 or MATH 382 or STAT 301. Presentation of the theoretical underpinnings and the computational methods of nucleic acid and protein sequence analyses used in genomic work. An associated laboratory component will provide project-based application of these methods.
