Interplay between the immune system and human disease is mechanistically evaluated by examining protective immunity against parasites and cancer, and immune dysfunction in transplantation, allergic, and autoimmune diseases, and AIDS. Computer exercises evaluate medical, case-based studies of human immune disorders.
