Statutory programs include the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act. Additionally, there is a major emphasis on the federal Superfund statute.This course and Natural Resources Protection Water Law together provide a basic understanding of the history and legal principles of domestic environmental and natural resource protection laws.
