An introduction to Environmental Law, focusing on major federal regulatory programs and certain state issues related to these programs. Statutory programs include the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act. Additionally, there is a major emphasis on the federal Superfund statute.This course and Natural Resources Protection Water Law together provide a basic understanding of the history and legal principles of domestic environmental and natural resource protection laws.
