A student works one on one with a faculty member working through a series of exercises designed to provide the student with the opportunity to develop and apply analytical and problem solving skills in connection with topics covered in Administration of Estates. This course allows the student to experience the types of problems lawyers practicing in this field handle on a routine basis.Prerequisites: Trusts and Estates and Administration of EstatesGrade of at least "B," in Administration of Esates, or cumulative GPA of at least 2.5 after first year courses completed.
