Upon completion of Wealth Transfers, the student enrolls in a capstone course which provides the student with the opportunity to work one on one with a faculty member in order to apply through drafting exercises what the student learned in the substantive course and also to experience the types of problems lawyers in this area of the law handle on a routine basis.Prerequisites: Trusts and Estates and Wealth TransfersGrade of at least "B," in Trusts Estates, or cumulative GPA of at least 2.5 after first year courses completed.
