To effectively adapt to today's ever changing competitive environment requires both rigorous analytical tools and a sophisticated sense of how to balance the demands of conflicting constituencies. QBA 5133, using a mix of theory and case studies, enables students to develop a set of tools to help them adapt to an organization's changing needs.
