2 credits - A formalism describing commonly employed strategies and tactics for the analysis of complex problems in organic synthesis will be presented. Examples of such strategies will be compared and contrasted during discussion of published complex molecule syntheses. Two, 75 minute lectures per week. (Spring, 2nd half of semester.)
