Topics covered include operations strategy, quality management and control, manufacturing and service processes, inventory management and control, forecasting and operations planning, and project management. Prerequisites for College of Business majors and minors: Admission to the College of Business. Prerequisite for non-College of Business majors and minors: Junior standing, instructor's permission, and ECON 222 or STAT 210 or STAT 110. Grade only.
