MTH 235 - Linear Algebra

Institution:
University of Rochester
Subject:
Description:
In this course we develop matrix methods for determining the solvability of and finding solutions to systems of linear equations in several variables. We study linear transformations on finite-dimensional vector spaces over R (real numbers) and C (complex numbers), which includes a development of the concepts of an inner product, orthogonality, a basis of a vector space, and eigenspaces of linear transformations.
