Designed to support students enrolled in the first two years of the accelerated Ed.D. programs in counseling and human development. Focuses on the challenges in developing a dissertation topic, creating the environment at work to support the dissertation topic, and examining the existing scholarly literature related to the potential dissertation topic. Meetings are held as needed by students after the first required meeting each semester, and will meet frequently in the second year. (Offered: Every summer)
