Based on the Parish Nursing concept, the congregational nurse¿s practice responds to the unique health care needs and priorities of an individual congregation. Congregational nurse functions include educator, counselor, referral agent, care coordinator and advocate. Prerequisite: Baccalaureate degree in nursing.
