Discussion and comparison of the hemostatic coagulation and fibrinolytic systems with emphasis on normal and abnormal physiology. Supervised learning experiences with emphasis on analytes to evaluate coagulation and fibrinolysis. Manual and automated techniques will be discussed and used. Prerequisite Course(s): CLS 424 and CLS 425 or approval of department head.
