Building on skills developed in previous composition/exposition/rhetoric courses, this course integrates advanced research in rhetoric with further exploration of the scholarly apparatus needed for academic research. The learner will compare and contrast various contemporary modes of recovering information and then apply the resultant sources in the composition of an extended research paper. (satisfies general education credit in the English Composition area)
