This course is designed to give the learner an overview of the history of Physical Education Programs in the schools. It will explore the theoretical and philosophical basis for it‘s existence. It will also explore the ten basic principles of a Physical Education program, as well as explain the significance of the role natural sciences, physics and sociology play in developing a Physical Education program.
