Find deficiencies in residential and commercial buildings ranging from site drainage, through weatherproofing and structure, to heating, plumbing and electrical systems. Emphasizes inspection techniques, and how to best handle the identified problems. (Fulfills 30 DOL continuing education clock hours.)An accelerated ten-day course in the "nuts and bolts" of real estate which include: time organization, listing, marketing, and negotiating the sale. (Fulfills 30 DOL continuing education clock hours.) Prereq: RES 100, or RES 110, or RES 210 taken concurrently, or real estate license. Class starts on Oct. 2nd and ends on Nov. 13 2010.
