Introduction to proper wine service and the essentials of beverage program management. By mastering the mechanics of proper wine and beverage services and learning the tools of inventory management, wine listand POS maintenance, ordering, staff training, storage and organization, students will be better prepared to assume positions of responsibility in the hospitality industry. A Materials Fee of $45 will be assessed. Students must be 21 years of age to participate in wine tasting.
