Focuses on the application of the core components of nursing to adult clients experiencing dysfunctional health patterns. Emphasizes the care of clients with activity-exercise dysfunctional health patterns (cardiac, respiratory, musculoskeletal). Prerequisite: (NSG 210 and NSG 215 and (NSG 211 or NSG 212 or NSG 213) with a grade of C or higher) and ENG 101 and Oral Communications. Corequisite: NSG 211 or NSG 212 or NSG 213. Prerequisite or corequisite: BIO 225 with a grade of C or higher and ENG 102. Lecture: 3 credits (45 contact hours) Laboratory: 3 credits (135 contact hours).
