Technical problems of stage production such as scene construction and painting, stage lighting and equipment and costume construction in laboratory and actual productions. Dual listed as DANC 109. Course Objectives (1) Appraise the elements of Theatrical production and how they relate to each other. (2) Demonstrate the techniques and methodology used in Theatrical production. (3) Apply the knowledge gained during class sessions in the completion of assigned hands-on task associated with Theatrical production. (4) Utilize a vocabulary of names and terminology common to theatre professionals allowing concise communication between members of the design and production teams.
