Course Objectives (1) Identify, describe and apply major psychological theories of adult development (2) Identify, describe, and define the methods of research used by psychologists in the study of adult development (3) Identify and describe physical and health changes that occur as a result of aging (4) Discuss theories and models of death and dying in developmental psychology (5) Summarize and discuss issues of particular concern in adulthood, such as the search for meaning, stress, and transitions associated with late adulthood
