Students demonstrate their ability to set objectives, outline teaching and training strategies, prepare demonstrations for varying group sizes and conduct assessment of learner progress. Explores principles of curriculum development and utilizes these principles in the design of a total educational program for the adult learner. Prerequisite: EDUC 445. Dual listed as EDUC 448.
