6630. Series on Psychotherapy Theory, Research, and Practice. 3 hours. Intensive examination of theory, research findings, and techniques of a specific current model of psychotherapy. The goal is to further in-depth understanding and proficiency in application of the approach. A rotatin series of psychotherapy models will be covered (e.g., cognitive-behavioral approaches, psychodynamic approaches, treatment of trauma, etc.) May be repeated for credit as topics vary. Prerequisite(s) : PSYC 6820 and PSYC 6830 ; consent of department.
