PADM 6410. 3 hours- This course examines the history and development of budgeting and the processes used to manage finacial resources at the local, state, and federal levels of government in the United States. The course topics also include the effects of government fiscal affiars, primarily at the federal level, on the economy, and the problems associated with intergovernmental financial management. The course includes an empasis on conducting research in the area of financial management.
