Overview of the performance measurement process, including benchmarking and performance monitoring in public and nonprofit organizations. The overall objective of the course is to acquaint program administrators and other practitioners with conceptual tools essential to understanding the development of performance measurement systems and the techniques necessary to enable them to apply the concepts in their work environments.
