5115. Practicum II. 3 hours. Supervised teaching experience in school as a teacher of record. Required for initial teacher certification for those already holding a baccalaureate degree. Interns are guided by a school district mentor who assists them with classroom management strategies, student problems and concerns, and general guidance. Interns are also monitored and counseled by qualified university supervisors. Extensive online support and resources are provided. Grade is pass/fail. Prerequisite(s): Admission to Teacher Education Program; Probationary Teaching Certificate.
