6220. Advanced Computer Graphics. 3 hours. Research and study of specific problems in the field of computer graphics. The course focuses on topics current to the field and includes, but is not limited to, areas such as design and construction of computer graphics systems, both software and hardware; the theory and use of color and shading; algorithms for solid object modeling; and the use of graphics packages in computer-aided design.
