5910. Special Problems. 1-3 hours each. Independent study and research of a specific problem in a field of computer science and engineering or its application. A report is required defining the problem and developing a solution. The work may be supervised by any member of the graduate faculty. Prerequisite(s): 8 hours of computer science and engineering with grades of A or B; prior approval of written plan by the faculty supervisor and by the computer science and engineering department chair. May be repeated for credit.
