4250. Pharmacology: Biological Basis of Drug Action. 3 hours. An overview of pharmacology based on principles of drug action; emphasis on drugs by class, and not specific drugs per se. General principles, antibiotics and pharmacology of the autonomic, cardiovascular, central nervous and endocrine systems. Prerequisite(s): 8 hours of biological sciences or consent of department.
