4221. Experimental Methodologies in Neuropsychopharmacology. 1 hour. Critical examination of scientific methodologies in studying the effectiveness of psychotropic medicine in treating mental disorders and other mental conditions. Students are expected to discuss and apply the methodologies to test hypotheses by presenting research findings reviewed in neuropsychopharmacological literature. Prerequisite(s) : BIOL 4220 or BIOL 4250 or consent of department. Cross-listed with BIOL 5221.
