Reviews diverse settings of mediation, such as domestic, commercial, non-profit, employment and institutional environments. Significant legal, ethical, professional cultural and gender considerations are explored. Students participate in mediation exercises and simulations. Required for interdisciplinary minor in alternative dispute resolution.
