This course will focus on the legal aspects of the professional sports industry, including the ways in which contract, labor, tort and antitrust law influence, impact and direct the development of relatinships between leagues, athletes, agents, television, internet, advertisers and fans. There will also be a critical analysis of law as it impacts sport in educatinal institutions and communities.%
