This course introduces the principles of cancer staging. The American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) TNM, Surveillance, Epidemiology and End Results (SEER) Summary Staging and Collaborative Stage are explored. Instruction includes extent of disease concepts used to determine treatment and survival and the procedures to conduct patient follow-up. Lec 3, Cr 3.
