Operational amplifiers (Op-amp), the electrical characteristics of silicon, and operation of bipolar junction diodes. Metal-Oxide Field Effect Transsitor are the main topics of this course. Op-amp amplifier, diode, and transsistor circuits and applications are described, built, and investigated both in the classroom and in the laboratory. Lec 3, Lab 3, Cr 4.
