Description:
This course allows students to synthesize learning, the code of ethics, history and philosophy of education and legal issues in education. Emphasis is also given to classroom management and motivation. This course will also focus on characteristics and assessment requirements of students with special needs in an inclusive setting. Current issues dealing with the assessment of diverse learners will be addressed. A minimum of six hours of field experience per week is required. Lec 3, Cr 3.
