Prerequisites: MATH 3032, Admission to Teacher Education Program, successful completion of or concurrent enrollment in TCED 4033(except the EC-4 Generalist and the EC-12 Special Education Certification Program) and completion of WRIT 3037 with a grade of C+ or better. Methods of developing candidates' understanding of mathematics; emphasis on problem solving with manipulative and curriculum materials appropriate for use with EC-4 candidates. Field experiences required.
