Focus and evaluation is on contracts used in industry, government, non-profit organizations. Emphasis is on political, legal, and fiscal aspects including financing and funding. Highlights include study of the contracting process, subcontracting, and administration of contracts and also include management of progress, quality, and cost in contract performance.
