This is the culminating senior-level research and writing experience for sociology majors. The course requires students to demonstrate the ability to apply sociological concepts and analysis to the study of a particular topic. To this end, each seminar will have a broad range of topics identified by the instructor. The student will develop a research project within this range and complete a major research paper.
