Includes major provisions of the National Labor Relations Act; Taft-Hartley and Landrum- Griffin Ammendments; NLRB and Federal Court Legal interpretations; New York State's Taylor law and other public sector laws; anti-discrimination statutes; Fair Labor Standards Act; pension law; family and medical leave.
