This course provides an introduction to the Visual Basic programming language, programming concepts and terminology, algorithms, and problem solving strategies. It will provide students with the critical thinking skills necessary to design and write computer programs utilizing the components of Visual Basic. Students will learn how to develop professional real- life applications using Graphical User Interfaces and be introduced to programming topics such as handling, and an introduction to ADO.NET.
