This course examines adjustment of individuals to their personal and social environments. Both physical and psychological adjustment will be examined. Special emphasis will be placed upon developing an understanding of skills in the area of stress, effective coping, interpersonal relationships, sexuality, work, achievement of adult maturity, psychological and physical well-being and psychotherapy. This course is designed to promote personal growth.
