After an overview of problem solving and project management, the course will focus on the design and construction of a working CPU board to meet system specifications. Each student or team of two students will design and build their own system, demonstrate its successful operation, and prepare a comprehensive technical manual. Prerequisite: ELEC 245 or ELEC 340.
