Introductory course in Mexican folklorico dance with no previous training required. Course introduces steps and moves from various regional forms of dance from Mexico including Azteca, Quebradita, Danzon, and Salsa Mexican style; plus a very structured form of exercise for footwork called tecnica drills to enable the dancer to pick up more intricate and challenging material. Offered in alternate years.
