Topics such as municipal liability for acts of public safety administration and their members, pensions, salary and compensation, and termination are covered, as are the initiation, operation, liability and legal aspects of mutual aid, primary response contracts, and private contracts. Also noted is the duty owed by the public to members of public safety services
