Grief occurs in response to the loss of something important. The loss can take many forms. Grief is a normal and natural process of working through the pain of a loss and it is a functional necessity. No one is immune from grief and it can come expectedly or suddenly. Substantial diversity exists in what is health grief, and you may even grieve differently now from how you grieved in your past. (3 hours/pending OASAS approval)
