An effective leader has the ability to get a group of diverse and talented people working together towards a common goal regardless of his or her postition on the organizational chart. Managing from the middle zone is about connecting the strategic goals to the everyday world. The Creative leadership course is designed to identify the tensions inherent in leading in the middle zone and then focus on the skills and confidence needed to build commitment that translates strategy into effective action. While exploring the characteristics of organizations and leadership, participants will elarn how to strengthen and refine their leadership qualities including self-awareness, communication, influence, and learning ability.
